There is no tutorial, the puzzle's solution rely on a mechanic that you have to think of trying yourself without knowing it exists. To begin, press the button on the left side of the room to drop a cube into the excursion funnel and then fire one portal where the funnel ends and another on the ground so the player can grab the cube. It just isnt fun, and there seems to be really no story, or the stuff Portal had to ease you in or.
